As the seconds tick down to end the year..................
Having been the captive plaything of The Sisters of No Mercy for the past week, SuperMum now finds herself gagged and securely tied to a giant firework rocket, as the two nefarious villains, having finally got bored with tormenting their toy, decide to put an end to the interferring Superheroine once and for all! No matter what they had done, (and they had done a lot!) they could not break her and so in a final act of pure villainy we find ourselves looking in on this scenario. 
Aimed towards the bustling metropolis and timed to explode just as the rocket reaches the City Centre, where hundreds are gathering to see in the New Year, the Sisters back away as the fuse is lit. The futile struggles and muffled cries of the stricken heroine music to their villainous eyes and ears.
"Looks like you'll end the year on a bang SuperMum", they both mock.
We can only hope that she manages to escape and that 2014 will be kinder to our lovely heroine!!
